Join Lynn and Joyce for a little ‘teaser’ of their upcoming ALMA Retreat in Portugal (April 2025) with this dreamy workshop inspired by the Indian goddess: Maya; a symbol of illusion, dreams and feminine energy.

We will begin with a Bhakti Yoga sequence to connect with your creative & carefree side before drifting into a deep, restful dreamworld with a Yoga Nidra, blurring the lines between perception and reality. Finally, you will bring your dreamy experience to life with a cozy, yet whimsical painting session.

All materials will be provided & all levels are welcome!
